Each silk motif piece is handcrafted with meticulous care and tailored to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of these delicate silk designs, we maintain a strict yet fair refund and exchange policy.

Custom & Made-to-Order Silk Items

All silk motif outfits are made-to-order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind
• Size selection errors
• Personal preference after delivery

Once confirmed, silk motif orders cannot be modified or cancelled, as production begins immediately upon order confirmation.

Defective or Incorrect Silk Items

In the rare case you receive a defective or incorrect silk motif item:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photographic evidence showing the defect or error.
• Once verified, we will offer an exchange or replacement of the same silk motif item.

Items reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for any resolution.

Eligibility Criteria for Silk Motif Returns

• Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
• Upon receipt, our team will inspect the silk motif item(s) before approval for refund or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers: Prepaid return shipping labels are provided.

International Customers: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
