All silk motif outfits are made-to-order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to:

- Size selection errors
- Personal preference after delivery
Once confirmed, silk motif orders cannot be modified or cancelled, as production begins immediately upon order confirmation.
Defective or Incorrect Silk Items
In the rare case you receive a defective or incorrect silk motif item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographic evidence showing the defect or error.
- Once verified, we will offer an exchange or replacement of the same silk motif item.
Items reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for any resolution.

- Products must be unworn, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
